Building AI that works for people

I'm an AI Engineer and Data Scientist with a rare combination of enterprise consulting depth and hands-on ML engineering experience. My career spans IT consulting, BI analytics, and data integration before moving fully into applied AI product development.

My work sits at the intersection of LLMs, agentic systems, and human-centred design. I've shipped two production AI systems and contributed to peer-reviewed research, with a focus on building technology that is safe, explainable, and genuinely useful.

Features a hybrid NLU routing engine with LLaMA 3.1-8B, three-layer safety architecture (distress detection, toxic content filtering, graceful degradation), and proactive medication reminders via SSE. All SUS scores rated Excellent. Currently rebranding to Proche Aidant as the product expands into a full caregiving platform.
